Scaling a CRM across a nonprofit team that grew from four people to nearly twenty is where Capsule started showing its seams. The contact management and pipeline views are genuinely clean. New staff pick it up quickly, which matters when onboarding happens on a shoestring. But permission controls are thin for a team this size, and workflow automation needs more flexibility than it currently offers.
A year in, I don't regret the choice, but I'm not sure it grows with us much further. Support response times have been inconsistent. Good starting point. Ceiling is lower than I'd like.
