The reseller account management inside PacificHost's cPanel environment is genuinely the best I've worked with. Spinning up isolated accounts for each department, setting individual resource limits, and toggling features per account, all from one clean interface, saved my team enormous headaches during our enterprise rollout. A year in, I still notice little things the tooling gets right that others skip entirely.
Customer service has been sharp whenever I've needed it. If you're evaluating a cPanel host for a large org, their feature depth here is the actual reason I'd tell you to take a closer look.
