Three years into a full enterprise rollout, and yes, I hit the edge cases. Custom objects with deeply nested relationships occasionally behaved unexpectedly during bulk imports, and a handful of our more complex workflow branches needed Creatio's support team to untangle. Neither was quick to resolve. But here's the thing: their team actually stayed on it, and the no-code tooling let my group patch around gaps faster than any platform I've worked with before.
For an org our size, that flexibility matters more than perfection out of the box. The limitations exist, but they're workable.
