Solid tool, mostly. My department landed on Sage HR about ten weeks ago, and for day-to-day leave tracking and org chart visibility it genuinely delivers. The employee self-service side is clean enough that I stopped fielding half the questions I used to get.
That said, edge cases bite. Custom leave policies with carry-over caps behave oddly when an employee spans two policy periods, and getting support to explain the logic took longer than it should have. Not a dealbreaker, but worth knowing before you build complex rules into it.
