Edge cases were honestly my biggest fear going into this rollout. Bulk-reassigning contacts when a sales rep leaves, handling duplicate records at scale, managing custom field visibility across different teams. Capsule handled most of it better than I expected, and where it didn't, their support team found a workaround fast.
A couple of workflow automation limits did surface at our volume, and the reporting options aren't as granular as I'd like. Small gripes. For an enterprise rollout two years in, I'm still genuinely pleased. The contact management is clean, the pipeline view stays readable even with hundreds of open opportunities, and onboarding new starters takes almost no time.
