Clean. Fast. Actually enjoyable to open. Two years into using Attio across my department and the UI still doesn't feel like a chore, which is more than I can say for every CRM I've touched before this one. Custom views are genuinely intuitive, and the relational data model clicks in a way that spreadsheets and clunkier tools never did for our pipeline work.
My one real gripe: the mobile experience lags behind the desktop. If you're doing quick contact lookups between meetings, it's functional but not polished. Customer support has been responsive, just not always fast on complex questions. Still, for day-to-day usability, this thing is hard to beat.
