Six months into an enterprise rollout spanning multiple sites, and the UI is what I keep coming back to praise. Label authoring that used to require specialist knowledge is now genuinely approachable for non-technical staff. Navigation is logical, workflows surface the right controls at the right moment, and nothing important is buried three menus deep.
Onboarding a large group of users across departments was smoother than I expected. PRISYM ID's interface holds up under daily pressure without feeling cluttered. Customer service has been attentive too. Minor quibbles about report customization, but nothing that slows the team down.
