Barely two months in, and the thing that keeps standing out isn't the feature set or the tidy interface. It's the support. Every time I've hit a wall, and with a new platform there are always walls, someone has come back to me within the hour. Not a boilerplate reply, either. Actual answers, tailored to what I was trying to do. One of the support reps even followed up the next day to check I'd sorted the issue. For a small team with no dedicated IT function, that kind of responsiveness genuinely changes how quickly you can get comfortable with new software.
The platform itself is doing everything I need: time-off tracking, onboarding paperwork, employee records all in one place. A few of the reporting options feel a bit limited for what I'd like to pull, so that's something to watch. But honestly, when support is this attentive, you feel far less nervous about figuring things out as you go. If you're a tiny HR team worried about being left to flounder, I wouldn't be.
