Two years into an enterprise rollout and the dashboards are still the thing I open first every morning. Ecrion's analytics layer gives my team visibility that our old patchwork of exports simply could not. Filtering by channel, region, and customer segment in one view is genuinely useful. The custom report builder took some getting used to, and a few chart types feel underdeveloped compared to the rest. Still, for a platform operating at this scale, the reporting depth is hard to argue with.
