Connections just work. That's the thing that shocked me most six months into using Creatio across our sales department. Every integration I pushed for, whether it was our marketing automation stack, our data warehouse, or the support ticketing tool the service team lives in, came together without the usual circus of custom middleware or expensive consultant hours. The no-code connector setup is genuinely approachable, and when I did hit a snag with one webhook configuration, their support team walked me through it same day.
What makes this sticky for a mid-market team is that you're not forced into a walled garden. The platform is opinionated enough to get you moving fast, but open enough that our existing tools didn't need to be ripped out. Honestly, the marketplace add-ons extend that even further. My only real gripe is that some of the deeper API documentation could be cleaner for the less technical folks I work alongside. Still, for a department trying to unify a fragmented toolset, Creatio has delivered more than I expected.
