Three years of daily use and the thing that still impresses me most is how cleanly ClariPACS handles the reporting side of case sharing. Our small reading group (five radiologists, one admin) needed a way to track which cases had been shared, who received links, and whether annotations were being preserved when recipients opened them. ClariPACS delivers on all of that. The presentation-state feature alone has changed how we communicate findings. Recipients open a link and see exactly the layout, window/level settings, and markings I intended. No phone calls explaining what slice to look at.
From a workflow tracking standpoint, knowing at a glance which cases are public versus password-protected has simplified our internal auditing. I can pull together a summary for the physicians we collaborate with without digging through email threads. Customer service has been genuinely responsive the few times I had questions. Value for a team our size is hard to beat. If you are running a lean practice and need reliable, state-preserving case distribution, this is the tool I would point you toward first.
