Honestly? I was so nervous starting my first design job, but Figma made it way less scary than I expected! Everything just kind of makes sense once you start clicking around. There are SO many free community files to learn from, and I've basically built half my skills from reverse-engineering other people's prototypes. Getting feedback from my seniors is super easy too, they just leave comments and I can respond right there. Definitely recommend if you're just starting out!
