Scaling a platform across a growing client roster is the real stress test, and Creatio has passed it every single time. Three years ago my agency was managing maybe four or five active clients on it. Now we're well past twenty, each with their own workflows, user permissions, and process logic baked in. The no-code studio is what makes that manageable. I can spin up a new client environment, customise their sales pipeline and service queues, and hand it off to their team without pulling a developer in. That matters enormously when you're billing for results, not build time.
The breadth of the platform is something I genuinely didn't appreciate until clients started asking for things beyond basic CRM. Marketing automation, service ticketing, workflow approvals, it's all there, and it all talks to itself. Onboarding new staff at the client end has gotten noticeably quicker too, which reflects well on my agency. Customer support from Creatio's side has been responsive and practical rather than scripted. Honestly, for an agency managing diverse client needs at scale, I haven't found anything that keeps up this well.
