My whole job happens on the road. Airport lounges, client sites, a coffee shop when I'm lucky. The Insightly mobile app is genuinely the reason I've stuck with this platform for over three years now. Contacts, pipeline updates, task logs, all accessible without needing to crack open a laptop. When my small sales crew needs a quick note on a deal after a call, it's logged in thirty seconds. The G Suite sync keeps everything tidy without me touching a desktop. For a startup that's grown from a handful of people to around forty, the fact that onboarding a new rep on mobile takes almost no time is underrated.
The one thing that still bugs me is the mobile reporting view. It's functional, but pulling together a quick pipeline summary on my phone before a Monday catch-up is clunkier than it should be. The desktop experience is cleaner there. Customer support response times are decent but not always fast on complex questions. Still, day-to-day this thing holds up well for a distributed, growing team.
