Configuring Pivvot for multiple clients from a single agency account is actually where this platform earns its keep. The permissions structure lets me compartmentalize project data cleanly, so one client's pipeline corridor work never bleeds into another's. Onboarding took maybe a week of serious clicking around, and I found the role-based access controls intuitive enough that I could hand a client limited view-only access without calling support. That matters a lot when you're managing six active projects at once.
The one real frustration: adding or modifying user roles mid-project isn't as smooth as the initial setup. Changing permissions on an existing user requires more steps than it probably should, and I've had to re-check settings twice to make sure changes actually saved. Small thing, but when a client asks for a same-day access adjustment, you feel it. Still, for environmental data and compliance workflows where situational context is everything, Pivvot is doing the heavy lifting I needed. Cautiously impressed, less than three months in.
