Genuinely good UI. That's the thing I notice every single morning when I open Freshmarketer to check campaign performance. Nothing feels buried, nothing requires three clicks when one will do, and the dashboard gives me exactly what I need without drowning me in widgets I never asked for. On a small team where I'm often the only person touching the platform that day, that kind of clarity matters more than any feature list.
A year in and I still haven't hit a wall with day-to-day usability. The email builder is my most-used tool, and it stays out of my way while I work. The heatmaps and session recordings took me about twenty minutes to understand, which felt almost suspiciously fast. Customer support has been responsive the two times I've needed them, though I'll admit the live chat wait time once stretched longer than I'd have liked. For a small outfit without a dedicated ops person, Freshmarketer genuinely punches above its weight.
