Flat-out the cleanest hosting control panel I've touched in years. Rolling hPanel out across a large internal team is usually where things fall apart, but the layout is intuitive enough that even colleagues who panic at the sight of cPanel managed to find their footing quickly. DNS settings, SSL setup, file management, all sitting where you'd actually expect them. No hunting, no six-tab rabbit holes. For a tool we've only been running for about ten weeks, the onboarding lift was surprisingly light.
My one real gripe is the Live Chat support. It's 24/7, which I appreciate, but response quality varies noticeably depending on who you get. One agent resolved a nameserver issue in four minutes flat. Another had me waiting twenty minutes for a copy-pasted help article that didn't apply to my situation. The price point for what you get is genuinely hard to argue with at enterprise scale, so I'm not walking away. Just wish the support tier were a bit more consistent.
