The stats and reporting inside Zoho Projects genuinely surprised me. Three years running projects for a tiny team, and the task completion views, milestone tracking, and Gantt reports give me a real picture every single week without any manual digging. I can pull a status snapshot in under a minute. That matters enormously when you're wearing six hats at once.
The value for a small operation is hard to argue with. Customer support has been helpful, though response times occasionally lag. Every core reporting feature I need is right there, no add-ons required.
