The reliability matters more in academic settings than people appreciate - a dropped connection mid-lecture is genuinely disruptive. Breakout rooms support the small-group discussion pedagogy I've adapted for hybrid teaching. Recording with searchable transcripts has become a meaningful accessibility feature for students. The integration with our learning management system handles enrollment and access cleanly. Where I push: AI features for automatic note-taking are interesting but raise pedagogical concerns about student engagement that I haven't resolved. Pricing for institutional licenses is reasonable.
