Pricing transparency is not something you expect from a data platform vendor, yet Woflow has managed to keep billing predictable for every client account my team manages. Five years of invoices and I can count on one hand the number of times I've had to chase a discrepancy. For an agency running catalog digitization projects across multiple food delivery clients simultaneously, that matters enormously. The per-client cost structure scales in a way that actually makes sense, and the Woflow Engine's automation keeps the per-menu cost low enough that we can pass real savings along rather than absorbing margin.
The CRM integration and real-time update features have only gotten sharper over time, which makes the renewal conversation easy every single year. Customer service is responsive without being pushy, though I'd love a dedicated account rep rather than a shared inbox. That's a minor gripe. For the value delivered, especially at the volume we operate, this is the most defensible line item in our budget.
