Support quality is what keeps me loyal here, and I don't say that lightly. Five years running a small team through this platform, and every time something has gone sideways, their support crew has been responsive in a way that genuinely stands out. Not automated-reply responsive. Actually helpful, with someone who reads the ticket before replying. Channel organization, pinned messages, the integrations with Google Drive and Asana, all of it just works, and when it doesn't, there's a real person on the other end fairly quickly.
My one gripe is that billing support sits in a slightly different queue from technical support, and that hand-off can be slow. Twice I've had invoice questions drag on longer than they should have. Not a dealbreaker after this many years, but you notice it. Overall, though, I'd put their customer service well above what I've experienced with similar tools. Small teams especially tend to get treated as low priority elsewhere. Not here, in my experience.
