Pricing transparency was the thing that finally won me over. Solo operators get burned constantly by CRM tools that lure you in cheap and then nickel-and-dime you for every useful feature. Attio is genuinely different. Six months in and the bill has stayed exactly where I expected it, with no surprise add-ons lurking behind paywalls. For what I'm getting, including automatic email sync, fully customizable pipeline views, and real relational data that doesn't feel stripped down, the value is hard to argue with.
The feature set punches well above its price tier. I track deals, manage follow-up sequences, and keep contact notes all in one place without needing to bolt on three other subscriptions to fill gaps. Customer support responded faster than I anticipated when I had an onboarding question. My one small gripe is that some of the more advanced automation is still maturing, but honestly, at this price point, I'm not complaining. For a freelancer watching every line item, this is the most sensible CRM spend I've made.
