Working remotely about 80% of the time means I live and die by how well software behaves on a phone or tablet. Klaviyo's mobile experience is genuinely one of the better ones I've tried in this category. Six months in, and I can pull up campaign performance, approve a flow edit, or check segment sizes from literally anywhere. Our small education nonprofit doesn't have a dedicated IT person, so the fact that the interface doesn't require a desktop setup to feel functional is a real relief.
The automation builder took me maybe a week to figure out, but once it clicked, scheduling donor-acknowledgment sequences and enrollment drip campaigns became something I could manage between meetings on my phone. Customer support has been quick and helpful whenever I've hit a wall. Honestly, for a scrappy team working across different time zones and home offices, Klaviyo handles the mobility side better than I expected.
