Permissions setup sold me within the first month. Managing Okta on behalf of multiple clients, I expected the admin console to feel like a mess of overlapping policies. Instead, every tenant stays clean and compartmentalized. Assigning app access, scoping admin roles per client, pushing group rules automatically, it all clicks in a way I did not expect from an identity platform this capable.
Two months in and I have not had a configuration headache worth complaining about. Their documentation is thorough, onboarding new clients takes a fraction of what I budgeted, and the customer support team has been sharp when I do reach out.
