Uptime is the thing that matters most to my department, and Hostinger has been remarkably steady across the roughly twelve months I've been managing our hosted properties. One significant outage early on had me nervous, but it was resolved quickly and we haven't had a repeat since. The hPanel makes monitoring straightforward, even for colleagues who aren't particularly technical.
My one real gripe is that support response times can stretch during peak hours. Not a dealbreaker, just noticeable. Overall, the reliability track record justifies the price easily.
