Uptime is the thing clients actually notice first, and Insightly has been quietly dependable for the two years I've been running it across multiple client accounts. Not once have I had to apologize for the system being down during a critical sales push. That matters more than any feature list.
My one gripe: there have been a handful of small UI bugs that lingered longer than I'd expect before getting patched. Nothing catastrophic, but noticeable. Still, the reliability track record is genuinely hard to argue with.
