Not once in the past year has Toptal's platform gone dark on me mid-search, and that matters more than most buyers realize. No broken candidate profiles, no phantom errors when submitting a brief, no mysterious timeouts right before a deadline. The thing just works, consistently.
For a department that moves fast and can't afford to babysit software, that reliability is the whole argument. Their matching flow has been equally solid. I'd point any staffing or HR peer here without hesitation.
