Solid as a rock. That's the short version after five-plus years of managing domain portfolios for a mid-market marketing department. I've watched vendors come and go, and what keeps me at GoDaddy is the uptime record. Across dozens of domains, I can count on one hand the times I've seen a genuine outage touch our registrations. When bugs have surfaced, and they have, their team has communicated quickly and patched without leaving us guessing. The DNS propagation tools work the way they're supposed to, which sounds boring until you've dealt with a provider that made it an adventure every time.
The control panel has matured noticeably over the years. Early on there were some clunky flows in bulk domain management, and I won't pretend those were fun. They've since cleaned most of that up. Auto-renewal, WHOIS privacy, and SSL bundling all sit in predictable places and behave consistently. If you're responsible for keeping your company's digital presence stable, GoDaddy has genuinely earned my trust over the long haul.
