Solid as bedrock. That's the short version after three-plus years running Creatio across our sales department. Uptime has been genuinely impressive. I can count on one hand the number of times we hit anything resembling an outage, and every incident was communicated quickly with a clear resolution timeline. Early on there were a couple of UI quirks that annoyed my team, but Creatio pushed fixes without us having to chase anyone. That kind of quiet reliability is easy to take for granted until you've lived through the chaos of a platform that drops out mid-quarter.
What keeps me recommending it internally is that bugs don't linger. I've submitted a few tickets over the years and the turnaround has been faster than I expected from a platform this size. The no-code workflow builder has also stayed stable through several major updates, which isn't always the case. If you're evaluating this for a mid-market environment where downtime genuinely costs money, the reliability track record here is the strongest argument in its favor.
