The integrations are what made me stick around. Running solo, I need every tool talking to every other tool, and Freshteam connects cleanly with Slack, Google Workspace, and a handful of job boards I already relied on. Candidates flow in from multiple sources without me manually copying anything over, and the onboarding task lists sync up with my calendar without drama. Six months in, it genuinely feels like the connective tissue of my one-person HR practice.
My one frustration is that a few of the deeper integrations, specifically some niche payroll tools, sit behind the higher pricing tier. For a solo operator, that's a real consideration. Customer support has been helpful but not always fast. Still, the core experience is polished enough that I keep recommending it to other independent HR folks who are tired of juggling five disconnected apps. The mobile app is a nice touch when I'm away from my desk.
