Setting up Okta solo, with no internal IT team to lean on, could have been a nightmare. It wasn't. The onboarding flow is genuinely well-designed for someone who's figuring things out as they go. Within the first two days I had SSO configured for my core apps, MFA up and running, and a clear picture of what the dashboard was telling me. The documentation is thorough without being overwhelming, and the guided setup steps don't assume you already know everything. That matters a lot when you're a one-person operation.
