I run my entire coaching practice and personal life in Notion and I teach clients to do the same. The flexibility to design exactly the system that fits your brain is what makes Notion special. Second Brain principles, GTD workflows, custom CRMs for client engagements, content calendars, journaling - I have it all in one workspace with appropriate boundaries. Templates are powerful enough that I sell pre-built systems to my clients. The learning curve is the main objection I hear from clients and I've structured my onboarding around it. Mobile experience for capture has improved meaningfully. AI features for summarisation save genuine time. Pricing for individuals is reasonable. The Notion community is unmatched.
