Migrating away from our old system was the best decision my department made in years. The previous platform required manual folder sorting for every single upload, and after about six months with Rubex, that whole ritual just disappeared. Documents route themselves based on naming conventions I set once and rarely touch. Version control actually works the way it should. Five years in, I still find small workflow configurations I hadn't explored, which says something about how much is packed in here.
The one gripe I keep running into is customer support response time. When something breaks mid-week and a ticket sits for two days, that stings. My team has learned to over-document issues before submitting, which helps, but it shouldn't be necessary. That aside, the feature depth and the reliability of the automation put Rubex well ahead of what I used before. If you're evaluating document management for a mid-size department drowning in manual filing, this one is worth a serious look.
