Bugs and downtime are the story with UrbanLogiq, at least for my first six months. The spatial analysis and data visualization tools genuinely impressed me out of the gate. Pulling together traffic datasets and layering in predictive outputs is something our previous workflow (mostly spreadsheets and manual GIS exports) couldn't touch. But reliability has been a real problem. I logged three separate incidents where the platform was either down or returning broken map tiles during hours I needed it most. Support responses were prompt enough, but the fixes took longer than they should for a paid government-facing product.
