Clean. That's the word I keep coming back to after five-plus years with this thing. The calendar view never feels cluttered, action items sit right where you'd expect them, and pulling up last week's meeting notes takes about two clicks. For a small team that doesn't have time to babysit software, that matters a lot.
The one gripe: mobile. The desktop UI is genuinely pleasant, but the phone experience lags behind, and sometimes I need to check a follow-up item when I'm away from my desk. They've improved it gradually, just not enough yet.
