Switching platforms on behalf of clients is never a decision I make lightly, but the old CRM we'd been managing for several accounts was becoming a wall of workarounds. Creatio came in and genuinely changed what's possible. The no-code workflow builder is the standout. I'm not a developer, and I was configuring multi-step automation for a financial services client inside of two weeks. The previous tool required a developer ticket for anything beyond basic pipeline edits. That friction is gone.
Not everything is perfect. The initial learning curve on Studio Creatio is real, especially for clients who want to own their own configurations eventually. Their support team has been responsive though, quicker than I expected for a platform this feature-dense. After just under three months across two client deployments, I'm already recommending it to the rest of my agency's roster. If you're locked into something rigid and constantly apologizing to clients for what the platform can't do, this is worth a hard look.
