Rolling out new infrastructure across an enterprise usually means a week of headaches, missing documentation, and support tickets that go nowhere. ZippyCloud was shockingly different. The control panel was intuitive enough that three members of my ops team were provisioning Windows VMs on day one without any hand-holding from me. That first week set a tone I still appreciate five years later: things just work, and when they don't, their 24/7 US-based team picks up the phone like actual humans.
Long-term, the SAN-backed SSD performance has stayed consistent and the uptime guarantee isn't just marketing copy. I've tested them on it, twice, and both times they made it right without drama. Month-to-month billing was the thing that got us in the door initially, and it's honestly still one of my favorite details. No vendor lock-in posturing, no surprise invoices. For an enterprise with a skeptical finance team, that matters more than most vendors seem to realize.
