Five years with Domo means I know exactly where it shines and where it quietly frustrates me. The connector library is genuinely impressive on paper. Salesforce, Slack, Google Sheets, a dozen others, all pulling into one place. For a growing startup juggling that many tools, that matters. But the reality is messier. Some connectors break silently when upstream APIs update, and you only find out when a dashboard goes stale.
Setup for new integrations has gotten easier, but troubleshooting when something breaks still feels like guesswork. Customer support is hit or miss. The price point is also hard to justify at our size when half the integrations need babysitting.
