Their support team is the main reason I stuck with Creatio past the first few weeks. Two months in, and I've had maybe five or six tickets. Every single one got a real, specific response within a few hours, not a canned reply pointing me to a help article. That kind of attentiveness matters a lot when you're a small team figuring out a new platform on the fly.
The no-code workflow builder is genuinely capable. My only gripe is that the interface can feel cluttered when you're moving fast. Not a dealbreaker, just something that slows me down occasionally.
