On top of the reliability story, the customization depth is real. My team uses relational data across contacts, deals, and companies in ways that would have required a developer-built solution with most other tools. Onboarding new hires onto it takes less than a week. If I have one honest caveat, it's that the reporting side still has room to grow. I work around it with exports, but I'd love more native analytics. That aside, for a growing startup that needs a CRM that just works without babysitting, Attio is the one I'd point you toward.
