Adding people to Insightly as my team grew was genuinely painless. Six months in, I've watched it absorb two new reps without a single permissions headache, and the G Suite sync kept everyone on the same contact records from day one. The mobile app holds up too, which matters when not everyone is desk-bound.
My one complaint: the reporting side feels a bit thin for a team that's starting to care about pipeline visibility. Nothing broken, just not as deep as I'd like. Still, for a small team finding its footing, this is solid value.
