Every ticket I've raised gets a real, knowledgeable response fast. Not a form reply. Not a bounce to a knowledge base article. An actual engineer who understands the costing and formability workflows I'm dealing with.
The blanking and nesting tools are solid for client work, but honestly it's the aftercare that sets this apart. When a client has a tight deadline and something breaks, FTI's support doesn't let me down.
