The reporting side of Freshsales is genuinely what keeps me here. Running solo, I need a quick read on where my pipeline stands without digging through spreadsheets, and the dashboards deliver that every morning. Deal velocity, contact activity, conversion by source. It's all there and surprisingly easy to configure.
My one frustration: a few of the analytics filters don't stick between sessions, so I rebuild them more often than I should. Minor, but annoying. Six months in and I'd still recommend it to any freelancer tired of guessing.
