The inventory tracking inside Vintners Advantage is the reason I stopped dreading end-of-month reconciliations. Six months in, and I can say with real confidence that the lot-tracking feature is genuinely thorough. Every movement, from crush through bottling to bond release, ties back to a traceable record. Before this, my small team was patching together spreadsheets and hoping nothing slipped through. Now I can pull a full lot history in about thirty seconds, and the bonded wine report practically builds itself. That alone justified the switch for us as a growing operation.
Customer service has been attentive whenever I hit a snag, which happened a handful of times during setup. They respond quickly and, more importantly, they actually understand the product. The onboarding did take a few weeks longer than I hoped, and the interface has a learning curve if you come from a simpler system. But for a winery our size that is scaling fast, the depth of what Vintners Advantage tracks is exactly what I needed.
