The UI is genuinely one of the cleaner things I've touched in this space. Six months into an enterprise rollout, and my colleagues across the leadership team picked it up with almost no hand-holding. Navigating between board profiles and executive pipelines is straightforward, logical, and honestly a little satisfying to use day to day.
My one gripe: the reporting export options feel limited compared to what the rest of the platform promises. I keep wanting one more layer of customization there. Still, for succession planning tools, this one earns its place.
