Pricing transparency was my biggest concern going into contract negotiations, and Creatio actually surprised me. For an enterprise rollout across multiple business units, the per-module licensing model ended up being more cost-effective than I expected. We could buy Sales and Service Creatio separately rather than swallowing a bloated bundle we'd never fully use. Genuinely good value at this scale.
My one gripe: mid-year add-ons get prorated in a way that's not immediately obvious from the quote docs, and reconciling those invoices ate up more of my time than it should have. Their billing support team is helpful, just slower than I'd like. Still, a year in, I'd call this a fair deal for what it delivers.
