My marketing team of 14 lives in Slack. Campaign coordination across content, design, paid, and lifecycle would be impossible over email. The integrations I rely on daily: Asana for tasks, Loom for async reviews, Figma for design handoff notifications, and our analytics dashboards posting weekly digests. Channels organised by campaign with consistent emoji-prefixes keep visual scanning fast. I've found Canvas useful for living briefs that everyone can comment on in-line. Workflow Builder automates our weekly creative review request intake. The downside is meeting culture migrating into Slack as huddles - sometimes we end up syncing live when we should be writing. Pricing is significant but defensible. Recommend for any marketing function over five people.
