Rock solid. That's the short version. Running a solo consulting practice means I can't afford a tool that goes down when a client needs time records pulled fast, and TrackSmart has simply never let me down on that front. Over five years of daily use, I can count genuine outages on one hand, maybe two fingers. No phantom data losses, no corrupted punch logs, no Monday morning surprises. When bugs do surface, they're minor and patched quickly. That consistency is honestly rare, and it's the main reason I've never seriously shopped for a replacement.
Beyond the reliability, the scheduling and time-log features cover everything I need without burying me in options I'll never touch. The interface stays clean and predictable, which matters when you're the only person managing it. Customer service has been responsive on the couple of occasions I've needed them. For a freelancer who treats time tracking as critical infrastructure, TrackSmart earns every cent of the subscription.
