The hPanel is the single reason I've stayed loyal for close to a year now. Most control panels in this price bracket feel like they were designed to confuse you into calling support. Hostinger's isn't like that. File manager, DNS settings, SSL activation, database management, all of it sits in one clean layout and I can find what I need without a tutorial. For a solo freelancer juggling four or five client sites at once, that kind of clarity genuinely saves time on the boring stuff.
My one real complaint is with email hosting reliability. A couple of times over the past few months I noticed delayed delivery, maybe 10 to 20 minutes on transactional-style messages my clients were expecting quickly. Not a dealbreaker, but worth knowing if email is critical to your workflow. Outside of that, uptime has been solid, live chat support actually answers fast, and the pricing is hard to argue with at this level. I'd suggest it to any freelancer starting out.
