The integration story with Creatio is genuinely what sold me, and about a year in, it keeps delivering. Running this on behalf of multiple clients means I'm constantly bridging it to other tools: marketing automation platforms, ERP systems, data warehouses, the lot. Creatio's connector library is impressively broad, and when a client needs something bespoke, Studio Creatio lets me build a custom integration without writing a single line of code. That matters enormously when I'm juggling five client environments at once.
There's the occasional hiccup where a third-party connector lags behind an API update, and their support response time can stretch a bit on complex technical tickets. But honestly, those are minor friction points in an otherwise solid platform. My clients have noticed how cleanly their existing tools slot in, and that's the feedback I care about most when I'm the one putting my name behind a recommendation.
